Question by Kelly Sobe: Are there any tattoo parlors in the colorado area that will work on minors?
I've been wanting to get a tattoo for my 15th birthday (coming soon) and I know the law here but it seems like every place I look at has their own rules which require me to be 16. Even with parent consent. I have parent consent but I want to get my tattoo this year not wait. Help?
