It will he difficult if not impossible to determine without having the actual design. However, I have 2 suck tattoos you are wanting. Both arms fully sleeved, including my hands. The first one was 1 3 hour session and 3 more 2 hour sessions. My artist's rate was $125/ hour so that's $1125 The other arm will most likely be 5 2 hour sessions ($1250). I'm already 3 2 hr sessions into it and now have my upper arm shading left to go.
