How to cover my tattoo for work?

I have a tattoo behind my ear and have to leave my hair up at work. We cannot have tattoos and regular concealer isnt working. You can still see the tattoo and its a huge mess!
Does anyone know anything else I could use?

Unfortunately Generic pills whithout prescription I cant use a bandaid to cover it. Its very small but they specifically said no bandaids. : /
And my hair HAS to be pulled up all the way because its a restaraunt.

band-aid? different concealer? different hair style ?
