Need Help Incorporating Initials Into Cross Tattoo?

I'm getting a tattoo soon and some how I want to incorporate my moms initials in it. The design has a cross with clouds above it, and has a ray of sunlight shining on the cross through the clouds. Above the clouds in cursive it says "Heaven Sent". I'm trying to figure out how I want my moms initials in the tattoo. Anyone have suggestions?
